Obtainable via Alchemy.
First, obtain 25 Twilight Crystals via [ Fishing ] or [ Gathering ] at the Abyssal Lake.
If you're unable to Fish or Gather, you may have to [ Play with the Abyssal Monster ] first!
Obtain Mortar and Pestle and Empty Shimmer Dust Jar from [ Shadow Alchemy ].
Head over to the [ Abyssal Obelisk Chamber ] at the [ Azure Abyss ].

- From .05 to .55 of every hour, (50 minutes total)
hand over 25 Twilight Crystals and Mortar and Pestle for Twilight Crystal Dust.

- From .55 to .05 of every hour, (10 minutes total)
hand over Twilight Crystal Dust and Empty Shimmer Dust Jar for Twilight Shimmer Dust.
