First, obtain 25 Auroralight Crystals via Fishing/Gathering.
Fish/Gather at these locations: [ Celestial Pools ] or [ Eerie Caves ].
Obtain Mortar and Pestle and Empty Shimmer Dust Jar from [ Shadow Alchemy ].
Head over to the [ Xyren Altar ] at the [ Celestial Peaktop ].

- From .35 to .25 of every hour, (50 minutes total)
hand over 25 Auroralight Crystals and Mortar and Pestle for Auroralight Dust.

- From .25 to .35 of every hour, (10 minutes total)
hand over Auroralight Dust and Empty Shimmer Dust Jar for Auroralight Shimmer Dust.
